We stand behind our digital products and services sold through Book AI Studio, operated by BrightSpan Holdings LLC. If you purchased a digital product or service and made a genuine attempt to use it, and it does not deliver the value described at the time of purchase, we will refund your purchase price.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every eligible purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 calendar days and we will issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Email billing@bookaistudio.com from the email address used at checkout.
• Include your order number, found in your purchase confirmation email.
• Briefly describe what you tried and why it did not work for you.
• We confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 3–5 business days.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
• You must have accessed and attempted to use the product or service to be eligible.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Bundle purchases where a significant portion of the content has already been consumed are not eligible for a refund. Custom done-for-you services begin work immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable once work has started.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide evidence of delivery and your attempted use of the product.
